Our Complex is located in Agios Spyridon Peritheia, in North Corfu. This detached private vacation rental property consists of two villas that are air-conditioned and sleep up to 17 people, with 8 bedrooms, and 6 bathrooms along 2 private swimming pools one is heated too and has sea views. The complex is within walking distance of the beach and restaurants.
The detached villa is a two storey building that sleeps up to 4 guests. It has two bedrooms (one double, one twin), a shared bathroom, and open plan kitchen and living area. Outside there is a terrace which is ideal for dining on, and upstairs there are lovely balconies. On these, clever use is made of retractable sails that act as a screen providing additional privacy from each other.
The two bungalows are semi detached. Entering them through a covered porch which overlooks the swimming pool you first come to the kitchen, off which is a living area and shower room. A double bedroom is to the rear of each property, whilst a mezzanine twin bedroom is reached via a stair ladder.
As per the main villa, each of the two bungalows can accommodate up to 4 people bringing the total occupancy to a maximum of 12 guests.

The Air Conditioned living room has sofas, WiFi Internet and DVD player.
Kitchen
The kitchen features: full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and kettle. There is also a Barbecue.

Our Cottage has 2 bedrooms and a loft ‘mezzanine’ with 1 single bed; accessed by an internal stair from the double bedroom.
Living Room
The Air Conditioned living room has sofas, WiFi Internet, Satellite TV, DVD player and ornamental fire place. There are patio doors to the pool terracealong with sea views.
Kitchen
The air-conditioned kitchen features: granite work-tops, full oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is also a Barbecue.
The Cottage has 2 air conditioned bedrooms:
If an additional bed is required there is 1 sofa bed. Thalia Cottage can sleep up to 5 people. (4 adults and 1 child)
The Cottage has 2 Bathrooms:
Maid service, bath towels and hand towels are included.
Access to the Complex is Easy from a paved road suitable for any type of car. You have the entire property and pools at your disposal.
For those of you who would like to have a little adventure, below OLIVIA ON SEA, there is a slightly steep path of 50 meters, which leads to a small, beautiful, and peaceful beach, almost private. When you follow the path you will find yourself in the sea where, after 10 meters of walking in the water (knee height) you will see this small and magical beach in front of you, with white pebbles and sand inside the water. There you can enjoy your swim without the fuss of the organized beach.
In the morning hours, it is pure magic, as the water is so calm and crystal clear, that you can see the fish in it. It is also very nice for diving around the small island and inside the caves. For the elderly and babies, we recommend the organized beach “Agios Spyridon” which is 500 meters from the accommodations.
Useful Information
Please keep in mind that if you wish to use the heating system of the pool there is an extra cost. Also, you must inform us of that service 2-weeks before your arrival.
