To enjoy hot water in the Shower, please allow the water to run for about one to two minutes.
Please do not leave keys behind the doors for safety and security reasons.
• In the barbecue cabinets, you’ll find glasses, plates, and cutlery for your use.
• Before your departure, kindly make sure all items are cleaned and returned to their original place for the convenience of future guests.
• The path down to the beach is quite steep, so we kindly advise that elderly guests and young children avoid it for safety reasons.
• Once at the bottom, you’ll walk about 10 meters through shallow (knee-deep) water to reach a charming little beach — pebbles on the outside, soft sand inside! It’s a beautiful spot for snorkeling and diving around the nearby islet.
• Please note: When strong northern winds are blowing, conditions can become rough and unsafe. In such cases, we recommend choosing another beach for your day.
Please be careful when using the stairs leading up to the lofts in the bungalows. Always hold onto the handrail for extra support.
• The organized beach of Agios Spyridon is just a 10-minute walk away.
• After crossing the little bridge over the lagoon, you’ll also discover three peaceful beaches — perfect for relaxing — and from there you can easily reach the wide, stunning Almyros beach, ideal for enjoying the sunset.
As the area is peaceful and there are other villas nearby, we kindly ask that you avoid loud music and respect quiet hours to ensure everyone enjoys a relaxing stay.
Our housekeeping team provides a light cleaning service every three days. For efficiency, we ask that the house be empty during these times.
The pool and garden areas are carefully cleaned early each morning.
For best results and energy savings, please keep doors and windows closed while using the air conditioning.
If you need any assistance, you can reach us via WhatsApp at +30 6977316665. (Messages only, please.)
Please help us care for the environment by using water thoughtfully, as there is an ongoing issue with drought due to climate change.
If you accidentally break something or notice that an item is missing, please let us know so we can replace it promptly.
Please be cautious: the flooring in the living room and kitchen can become very slippery, especially when entering with wet feet.
You’ll find the rackets and balls for the ping pong table right next to it, inside the iron box.
We kindly ask that you dispose of toilet paper in the bins provided and avoid flushing it down the toilet to prevent plumbing issues.
